The accommodation
The newly renovated house is located in the second sea line in a rather quiet street of the village. In a very beautiful Mediterranean garden you will find a large pool, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a large covered terrace with dining table and lounge area.
Inside, you will find a very spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The open staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a bedroom and a bathroom on the left and right side, in the middle there is a sun-flooded room where you can relax, read or meditate.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There is a carport for 2 cars on the property.
The bay of Cala Pi, 6 restaurants, a bus stop and 2 small supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car (2km), the beach Es Trenc is 15 minutes away.
